Groups starting: 10/14/25 1/13/26 8 session group for girls in Middle School (6th - 8th Grade) Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 Click here for flier Is your child feeling anxious, left out, or unsure how to navigate friendships? Discover a nurturing environment designed specifically for middle school girls to: enhance their confidence; help them to build lasting friendships; and develop emotional strength. Our small-group therapy experience is crafted to empower girls in: ⭐ Building confidence in social settings ⭐ Developing friendship skills and setting healthy boundaries ⭐ Regulating emotions and managing anxiety ⭐ Cultivating kindness, empathy, and effective communication ⭐ Enhancing self-esteem and fostering self-acceptance Sessions include creative activities, group sharing, role-play, and enjoyable skill-building exercises in a supportive and secure atmosphere. This group is for girls who are shy, anxious, experiencing challenges with peer relationships, or seeking to feel more secure and connected with others. The group setting will help them to build skills much more quickly than individual therapy could! Tuesdays 5:30–6:30pm Starting September 30, 2025 PLEASE EMAIL OUR REFERRAL COORDINATOR AT [email protected] to enroll $115 per session.* All materials provided A 45 minute initial intake ($185) is required to register a child who is not already a patient in the practice. A $50 deposit is required to schedule the intake. *Payment Specifics: Each group session is $115. After the intake, a total payment of $920 is required in advance of the first group session, which covers the cost of all eight sessions. $920 may be split into two payments of $460, as long as the total is paid by September 25, 2025. Parent feedback sessions are available to add: 30-60 minutes based on parent preference (priced accordingly). Parents meet individually with the group leader to discuss the skills their child is learning in group and how they can best support her at home.
